Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! As long as your country accepts shipping from Australia, you'll be able to order from here. You are responsible for any customs/import requirements or fees that your country has.

How long will it take to ship my item?

  • You can view estimated shipping times here. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances out of my control (such as holiday seasons).

How will my items be shipped?

  • International shipping will be done with Australia Post's Economy Air Package option, and will not be tracked by default unless you pay extra.
  • Shipping within Australia will be done with Australia Post's Parcel Post, and will be tracked.
  • Charms will come in a bubble mailer (if shipped internationally) or an Australia Post prepaid satchel (if shipped within Australia).

Can I refund my order?

  • Cancellations are accepted if I have not shipped your order. Please reach out to me through the contact form on this site, or by emailing [email protected].
  • After the item has been shipped, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

What should I do if my package isn't delivered?

  • If there are shipping issues (e.g. your package is unclaimed or the address is undeliverable), you can either pay for reshipping or request a refund at 75% of the original cost.

What should I do if my items are damaged/missing/incorrect?

  • If your order is incorrect, please reach out to me through the contact form this site, or emailing [email protected]. Please include a picture of your order and the items you received, and I will ship you the correct items.
  • For limited-run items, there is a possibility that the correct items cannot be shipped due to the limited amount of product manufactured; please contact me in this case, and I will do my best to handle this on a case-by-case basis.
  • I am not responsible for items damaged/lost in transit. Please contact your local postal services for information on your package. I will not be accepting refunds for these.
